refurbishment of a classical english country house
Client Brief The client requested we bring the property up to date with new decoration, lighting and furnishings. Brief Specification Xu Red removed the existing fireplace and replaced it with a modern Chesney's fireplace. A new lighting plan was drawn up and installed with wall lighting from Porta Romana. Xu Red decorated throughout with wallpaper from the Emily Todd Hunter range. The original floor was restored. New furniture was a mixture of Xu Red bespoke furniture and B&B Italia.
